Details & Perspective On Lease-To-Own Program From ES & Panther Premium Logistics, a Service of ArcBest

In this edition of Spotlight News, we will be sharing the latest on a nontraditional lease-to-own program that ES has developed in collaboration with Panther Premium Logistics, a Service of ArcBest. Through this program that was launched earlier this year, Panther and ES are able to offer professional drivers the opportunity to achieve true truck ownership with access to competitive market-rate financing while receiving the full support of two of the most respected organizations in the trucking industry.

The nontraditional lease-to-own program from ES and Panther is another example of the commitment that ES has made to ensure that professional drivers Never Stand Alone. This program provides an additional platform within the ES Community that will allow professional drivers to find success in trucking by becoming business owners. This program also brings to life another point the ES Team brings up during their discussions with professional drivers: “If You Can DRIVE The Truck, You Can OWN The Truck.”

To provide some perspective and offer an overview of the nontraditional lease-to-own program from ES and Panther, our video crew had the opportunity to spend some time at the Expedite Expo with Frank Tufano, the Director of Owner-Operator Recruiting for Panther. In addition to asking Frank about the nontraditional lease-to-own program and how Panther is working to utilize this opportunity within the company’s recruiting efforts, we talked to Frank about the relationship he has built with the team at ES.
